Pies and Aprons

is teaming up with the Jackson Street Roundhouse to present the first annual Holiday Happening. This festive weekend kicks off Friday with the opening of the Holiday Market, featuring vintage and upcycled goods, local handmade artists, organic and sustainable floral selections, and foodie gifts from Golden Fig Fine Foods. Make a night of it and enjoy live local music, drinks, and scrumptious food truck fare.
Saturday and Sunday are packed with Holiday activities for the whole family. The Holiday Market continues-perfect timing for ticking off your Holiday shopping list! Pose the kids for a photo with Santa, then load them up for a holiday caboose ride. Join us for a Saturday afternoon Pie Social, and enjoy live music and seasonal snacks all day. Mini workshops are offered each day for a small additional fee-be sure to sign up early as space is limited!

Vintage Inspired Christmas Corsage

My boxes and boxes full of vintage Christmas corsages are one of my very favorite collections. Once used to spruce up a sweater set or hostess apron, these little darlings are perfect for tucking into every nook and cranny of your house or topping a package. I will show you how to easily create your own vintage inspired corsage from new and vintage findings. Once you make one, you'll find yourself addicted to them too!

Homemade Hot Cocoa Mix
Sunday December 9th 1PM-2PM
A hot cup of cocoa is a classic winter treat, and homemade hot cocoa mix is a simple gift to make and give during the holidays. I will share a recipe for a dry mix to stir up and enjoy at home or pass along for holiday gifts. The icing (or marshmallow in this case) on top will be learning how to dress it up with sweet and festive packaging.
